1980-1990 Independent architect, owner of a private architectural and conservation planning office in the Old City of Safed.

1985-2003 In charge of exhibitions and further conservation studies in the Association of Architects and Engineers (Volunteer Public Work)
1986-1990 U.I.A – Union International Des Architects – Young Israeli Architects Association – Coordinator of activities: Organizing and managing national and international workshops (Volunteer Public Work).
1987-1999 Member of the National Antiquities Authority Conservation Committee (Volunteer Public Work).
1988 “Architects and Engineers Association” – In charge of preservation workshops – Old City of Safed, Israel.
1989 Research and planning the reconstruction of the ancient Roman Theatre in Beit Shean for the N.P.A – National Parks Authority, in partnership with Architect Laurens Belkin, Herzliya.

RESEARCH

2007-2008 Historical/architectural research of the well-houses in Jaffa, along with architecture students from Tel Aviv University.
2007-2008 Historical/urban research of Old Jaffa for the Old Jaffa Development Authority, within the framework of the Old Jaffa Urban Planning Team.
1990-Today Research papers on and documentation of historic buildings marked for preservation in Tel Aviv.
Urban, historical and architectural surveys of Kfar Saba, Tiberias, Herzliyah, Rehovot, Gush Halav, Fassuta and Yanuh-Jat.
The “Valley Train”: an extensive architectural and historical documentation project of the old railroad route from Haifa to Bet She’an
2002 Surveying and documentation research on public areas and structures in the Nahlat Binyamin pedestrian walkway, for the purpose of submitting an urban planning proposal to the Tel Aviv Municipality.
1980-2000 Research studies in the restoration of building remnants (ruins) in archeological sites in northern Israel.
1990  Historical/architectural research to prepare background material for the general planning of the restoration of the Old Jewish Quarter in Safed (with architects Gil Har-Gil and Daphna Grinstein).
1988-1989 A measurement survey and study of the architectonic details for the restoration of the façade of the ancient Roman Theater in Bet-She’an (Scenae Frons) for the Nature and Parks Authority.
1984-1985 Surveying and studying (without archeological excavation) of the remains of the monumental ancient structure Khirbet Keisun (or Qazyon) in the Upper Galilee, for the late Dr. Zvi Ilan.
The survey and research (with participation in archeological excavations) of the synagogue and the rabbinic college (bet midrash) at the Merot site in the Upper Galilee from the Mishnaic and Talmudic periods (excavation headed by late Dr. Zvi Ilan and Emanuel Damti).
